Iowa Caucus Smoked Spare Ribs

Upon his highness Scott Gregory– in celebration of the IOWA caucus prepared, on that day, a rack of smoked pork spare ribs. Thrown in a stove top smoker for an hour with apple smoked wood chips. Broiled for two additional hours in a garlic smokehouse Consommé. Served with hand make baked chips and Shiner Bock ale .
