Bibimbap with the Accardi's


Korean bibimbap, made with kimchi from the Brooklyn Night Bazaar; Carrots marinated in Soy sauce, Cucumbers marinated in Fish Sauce, Garlic seared Bok choy, and spicy turmeric ground beef. The only thing missing was the egg.
