shrimp shumai with roasted garlic

Shumai came in a bag of 50 for $9 from Sunshine Mart. Garlic found in fridge... Need I say more.

Attempted return to, (highfalutin ization of), a childhood favorite. Baked Garlic whole and then cut in two; could have baked the garlic for another few minutes.
